I've only been here a month, but so far it's been great. I used to live a 30bminute drive to work, and now I am just a 5 ... minute walk to work. The apartment is great, the apartment itself is a good size and a good price for the size. All of life's conveniences are located just a walk away. Not only that but the gym on the main floor is large and you honestly don't need a gym membership having this. My parking spot is located right off the elevator and out the door, so easy to access. I honestly love it so far. Nick has been speedy with making sure my maintenance requests are handled next day, like not even 12 hours the next business day, it's amazing. The only downfalls are the small cupboards, the lame kitchen faucet, the shower head is also not great, and the fact it gets so hot in the apartment, but in winter that is nothing to complain about. I also have to get used to shared laundry, but people have been really nice and I meet friendly people each time I do a load of laundry. Also lots of dogs to pet while in the elevators. I live on the 23rd floor: I never have a problem with noise and live happily in this place. I always find everything clean, ... and my packages are never lost. I like the gym and it is always well-maintained. I have found help from the staff when I needed it, they have great management. I have lived here since March 2020. I like the price that includes all utilities and covered parking, and the suite is a good size for my husband and me, with a beautiful view. In these three years, all the electrical appliances have worked very well. And sometimes the elevators get a bit congested, but it's somewhat manageable, at least for me. I like the neighborhood and I feel safe when I go for a walk. I don't use the pet or the smoking areas, so I can't comment. We love this building.
